Marriage contract between Batul Khanum (daughter of Arbab ʻAli) with Karbalayi Muhammad Hasan the grocer on May 10, 1915. Mahr is one-sixth of a house, belonged to the groom's father who gives it to his son, plus 60 tumans: 40 tumans given to the wife by her father-in-law, 30 tumans as bridal gift, and 10 tumans for kitchen expenditure.

Marriage contract between Nusrat Baygum and Mirza ʻAbd al-Vahhab, 1913
Marriage contract between Nusrat Baygum, the daughter of Mulla Akbar, and Mirza ʻAbd al-Vahhab, the son of Mulla Baqir, dated November 12, 1913. The mahr is 700 tumans, of which the bride received 400 tumans, one hundred tumans were charged to the bridegroom, and the rest was a property in Shadabakht farm.

Marriage contract of Zubaydah Baygum (known as Iran), daughter of Aqa Mirza Sayyid Mahmud Khan Mu‘tasam al-Dawlah, and Mir Sayyid Aqa, son of Haji Sayyid Husayn; the mahr is one thousand tumans, of which the groom paid half by transferring one-sixth of his paternal house to the bride. The rest of the mahr remains the groom’s debt. There are differences in the two copies.

The mahr is a Qurʼan and one sixth of the Dizaj Dul village and its attachments (caravansary, mill, the salt mine, etc.)

Marriage contract of Maryam Baygum and ʻAli Muhammad, 1921
Marriage contract of Maryam Baygum, daughter of Muhammad Taqi Bazzaz [the textile seller], and ʻAli Muhammad, son of ʻAbd al-Karim from Habibabad. The mahr is twenty-six tumans and two thousand five hundred dinars. The bride settled with the groom, exchanging two thousand five hundred dinars of her mahr for some land and properties in Habibabad village.

Marriage contract of Khavar Sultan Khanum and Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali, 1910
Marriage contract of Khavar Sultan Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Muhammad Mahdi, and Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali, the son of Haj Zayn al-‘Abidin. The mahr is a Qurʼan manuscript valued at five tumans, forty tumans cash, fifteen misqals of pure red gold, six mans [unit of weight] of copperware, carpets and rugs worth twenty five tumans, qalamkar bedding worth six tumans, some pieces of land and orchards, and a walnut tree. These were transferred from Haj Zayn al-‘Abidin to his son, Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali, and then became part of the mahr. In August 1911, several testimonies concerning the mahr were added.

Marriage contract of Khadijah Khanum Afzal and Muhammad Baqir Khan Mallah, 1914
Marriage contract of Khadijah Khanum, known as Khanum Afzal, the daughter of [Bibi Khanum Astar Abadi and] Aqa Musa Khan Sartip Muhajir, and Muhammad Baqir Khan [Aqa Buzurg Mallah], the son of Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali Khan Astarabadi (the colonel, originally from Anzali). The mahr was 800 tumans, 200 tumans of which was received by the bride and the rest, in addition to some gold and a Qurʼan, was charged to the groom. Muhammad Baqir Khan transferred part of his land in Astarabad to Khadijah Khanum as the equivalent of the six hundred tumans of the mahr.
